(c) Plot the band diagram (valence band, conduction band), charge distribution, electric-field distribution, and potential distribution of an ideal MOS capacitor (metal gate, insulating oxide, semiconductor) with an n-type substrate in inversion. Plot these quantities along the x-direction which is perpendicular to the layers. |
