Grazer Architektur Diplompreise

Reliquiae Reliquiarum – 1. Preis

„This is a project that has a lot of relevance both in terms of the architectural proposition but also in terms of its larger topics of sustainability, working with existing construction as a source of resource, the social sustainability that it brings to the identity of a place and what that also means as architectural spaces that we design. That was one of the very few projects that really went quite thoroughly all the way through the different scales: in terms of framing the question and elaborating through the process of investigation, as well as in terms of translating that architecturally into a new concept that was not only spatial and tectonic but also thoughtful in terms of construction.“ (Jeannette Kuo)

(Irmgard Frank)
